MEET POLLY
Polly has been teaching yoga & meditation for 5 years. She is 200-hour Yoga Teacher Trained (YTT), Jivamukti 75-hour YTT and has completed multiple trainings in physiology, hands-on adjustments & biomechanics.
Polly is a passionate surfer and freediver - the ocean is a place she finds real peace and connection to nature.
Polly's sessions uniquely blend flow, strength & presence. Her use of hands-on assists will guide & support your movement, and the special touch of a natural muscle cream awakens your muscles, mind and breath.
Polly believes in the power of music during practice to further facilitate flow state, presence and connection with oneself.
