Class credits can be used for regular weekly classes. All class credits and packages are valid for 3 months from your first class on the package.

Packages are non-refundable. Please cancel 12 hours in advance of regular group classes to keep your credit.

PollyForm events, retreats and workshops will vary in price so we cannot guarantee packages will be applicable.
