A new offering at VIDA, unlike anything else on the schedule. One Sunday a month, one of VIDA’s experienced and passionate instructors takes the deck to guide a curated experience that is truly unique - no two weeks are alike. These special sessions could vary from Yoga fundamentals, a breathwork to reset, or a sound bowl healing experience just to name a few.
