A new weekly offering at VIDA, unlike anything else on the schedule. Every Sunday evening, one of VIDA’s experienced and passionate instructors takes the deck to guide a curated experience that is truly unique - no two weeks are alike. These special sessions could vary from a Yin designed to slow and unwind, to an energising breathwork or a sound bowl healing experience just to name a few.
